Oh look its Lovers Day: Happy Valentine’s Day

Just like that, it was February 14th ❤️❤️ Lovers' day came quickly. Feels like just yesterday, I took myself on a cute little date to the movies and blogged about it. Well, I'm not doing that again this year, but YES, I am taking myself out today because I love me, and I deserve it. However, Bloomers, I am not going to ramble about me or anything to Lovie Dovie.
I want to say and encourage you all to not make Valentine's Day specifically about your significant other. I am not saying do not celebrate with them, however, extend your love to others. Even though you should do it or at least try to do it every day; Let today be that day you really show your appreciation and love to others and most importantly make sure show love to yourself!!! Share your love and appreciation with others in your life such as your co-workers (if you are close with them), clients/customers, family members & friends or even your favorite cashier at the store *giggles *
I know we always think, "Why should I wait until Valentine's Day to show love?" or "Valentine's Day is just an excuse to buy flowers and gifts for oneself and others." But do not look at it that way. Try to see it in a more positive light, don't be so bitter about it. A lot is going on in the world right now, so for one day, I think it's safe to say we need to show some extra love and smiles around our environment.
